Front End Developer

Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled mid-senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and efficient frontend code. You'll work closely with our backend team and designers to integrate with existing systems and implement new features, ensuring seamless user experiences. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building custom UI libraries and setting best practices for front-end development. Key Responsibilities: ● Write clean, efficient, scalable, and testable code. ● Integrate with existing and new backend systems. ● Manage complex dependencies and ensure code integrity. ● Identify issues proactively and propose effective solutions. ● Implement and advocate for front-end development best practices. ● Translate Figma design files into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages. ● Build and maintain custom UI libraries. Qualifications: ● 3-5 years of commercial experience as a Frontend Engineer. ● Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS, Next.js and TypeScript. ● Strong experience with TailwindCSS and semantic HTML layouts. ● Proficiency in front-end build tools such as Webpack, Turbo, npm, Yarn. ● Proven ability to create pixel-perfect web pages from design files (Figma). ● Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. ● Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and best practices for ensuring accessible web applications. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail. ● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience building custom UI component libraries. ● Familiarity with modern development workflows and tools.
