Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, focusing on contract hires for IT and roles2. Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit4. Manage the sourcing to the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company5. Oversee the preparation of offer letters, coordinate with the onboarding team, and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently6. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs7.
