Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, handling customer service inquiries, dispatching shipments, and managing accounts. Daily tasks will include negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, maintaining relationships with carriers and clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
