Saibhang Logitrade acts as an intermediary, connecting shippers who need to transport goods with carriers who can haul them. They don't own or operate their own trucks; instead, they leverage a network of established relationships with carriers to find the best transportation solutions for their clients. Essentially, they handle the logistics of coordinating shipments, negotiating rates, and ensuring safe and timely delivery.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Sas Nagar. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing daily brokerage operations, coordinating freight shipments, handling customer service inquiries, dispatching drivers, and managing accounts. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and efficient transportation solutions.

Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
Customer Service skills

Account Management skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
