Key Responsibilities: Training Design & Development: Develop comprehensive webinar curricula and training materials, aligning with corporate readiness goals. Research and stay up-to-date on best practices in soft skills training and webinar facilitation. Create engaging and interactive webinar presentations Webinar Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative webinars on various soft skills topics, such as communication, teamwork, corporate etiquettes and problem-solving. Adapt training content and delivery methods to suit different audiences and learning styles. Facilitate interactive webinar sessions, encouraging participation and fostering a collaborative learning environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Training design and development experience: Ability to create and adapt training materials and develop comprehensive webinar curricula Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences. Familiarity with soft skills topics: Knowledge of various soft skills areas relevant to corporate readiness. Webinar facilitation skills: Ability to deliver engaging and interactive webinars. Proficiency in relevant technology: Familiarity with webinar platforms, presentation software, and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Capacity to collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field: A strong educational background is beneficial. Experience in the corporate sector: Understanding of corporate culture and workplace dynamics is a plus.
