Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a strategic learning roadmap aligned with business and talent development objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps, development areas, and future capability requirements.
  • Develop and deliver blended learning solutions including technical training, leadership programs, mentoring initiatives, and eLearning content.
  • Collaborate with technical and business leaders to build role-specific learning paths that support career development and succession planning.
  • Leverage modern learning technologies (LMS, virtual classrooms, content authoring tools) to enhance learner experience and engagement.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve program effectiveness using data analytics and stakeholder feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure learning programs remain relevant and forward-looking.
  • Establish partnerships with external vendors and training partners to expand learning opportunities.
  • Manage and report on learning program KPIs, outcomes, and ROI to key stakeholders.

Skills Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a technology-focused environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training and leadership development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and deliver outcomes within set timelines.

Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of technology trends and their implications on workforce skills.
  • Strong instructional design and content development capabilities.
  • Proficient in creating engaging learning materials using multimedia tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in learning analytics and performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and team development.
