Set clear revenue goals and lead the team to exceed them - annually and quarterly Take ownership of the entire sales funnel: from identifying organic lead sources to closing deals. Team Leadership & Development Hire, train, and lead a team of passionate sales professionals only for offline Define and track key KPIs, run performance reviews, and create growth plans for the team. Lead by example with a hands-on approach to coaching and closing. Organic Growth & Pipeline Management Drive quality lead generation through referrals, college networks, partnerships, events, and strategic outreach. Collaborate with marketing to turn thought leadership and content Client Relationships & Deal Closing Build strong relationships with decision-makers in colleges, institutions, or corporates Understand their unique pain points and present solutions that add real educational value. Negotiate and close high-stakes B2B and B2C deals, with a focus on long-term success.
