The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Sales Manager—a fearless, execution-driven leader who can architect, build, and scale our GTM motion from scratch. You’ll be our first sales hire, working directly with the founders, and play a pivotal role in defining how DexKor reaches the world.

What You’ll Own

  • Build the GTM Engine: Define and implement repeatable sales processes for inbound, outbound, and partner-led channels.
  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Own top-of-funnel through bottom-of-funnel—prospecting to closing deals.
  • Customer Champion: Deeply understand customer problems and align DexKor’s value to solve them.
  • Feedback Loop: Relay customer and market feedback to Product, Marketing, and CX for continuous improvement.
  • Sales Infrastructure: Set up CRM, sales playbooks, reporting dashboards, and commission structures.
  • Team Leadership: Eventually hire, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team.

You’re Probably a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably in India/SEA/US markets).
  • Have closed $100k+ ARR deals and understand long and short sales cycles.
  • Love early-stage chaos and can work with ambiguity, ownership, and speed.
  • Are customer-obsessed and a natural storyteller who can build trust fast.
  • Know how to build playbooks, not just follow them.
  • Bonus: Prior experience selling CX, Support, or Success tools? Even better.
