Football Coach

Company Description

Northern United FC is the youngest semi-professional football club in Noida, established in October 2022. Within five months, we climbed from the B division to the prestigious A division in the Delhi State League. We focus on nurturing young talent from U5 to U23 through comprehensive training programs. Our initiatives include the Kindergarten Initiative to encourage early engagement in football and the Disability Initiative for inclusive participation. Additionally, we run successful academies in Sector 118 and Bal Bharati Public School in Noida.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida. The Football Coach will be responsible for developing and executing training sessions, mentoring and supporting players, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. The coach will also oversee team strategy and performance, provide individualized feedback to players, and ensure the overall progression of the team.

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training players
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Passion for youth development and building a positive team culture
• Relevant coaching certifications and experience
• Knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and strategies
