What Were Looking For: Diploma / B E – Mechanical with 8-12 years’ experience in Precision Manufacturing industry for NPI/ FA Prove out. Manufacturing Plan/PFMEA preparation experience for CNC Machining – Turning/Turn Mill/VMC- 3, 4 & 5 axis and Multitasking. Hands-on shop floor NPI/FA co-ordination experience across CNC machining, surface treatment, heat treatment & welding. Expertise in fixture design, GD&T, drawing reading & tool selection for nickel/steel alloys. Strong analytical skills in CMM report interpretation & root cause analysis. Proficiency in 2D and 3D tools (Unigraphics / VISI & AutoCAD) Exposure to international aerospace standards is a plus.
