1. Well versed in Process Engineering role
2. Exposure in Jigs, fixture and Tools design
3. Well versed in different part manufacturing processes
4. Prepare RFQ for new machine procurement
5. Good knowledge about Plant layout.
6. ISO documentation PFD, Control Plan, PFMEA etc.
7. Well versed in Time Study & Lean manufacturing processes.
8. Understand the Part drawings
9. Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and perform root cause analysis for deviations.
10. Coordinate with equipment suppliers and oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery or lines
11. Well versed in Auto cad /Nx Software application
