Role & responsibilities Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement. Design and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall system performance. Time and Motion Studies: Conduct time studies and motion analysis to measure performance and establish benchmarks for optimal operational efficiency. Recommend changes to workstations, tasks, and processes based on study findings to improve speed and reduce waste. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various operations to evaluate performance, identify trends, and generate insights for decision-making. Use statistical methods and data analysis tools to identify root causes of inefficiencies or problems. Capacity Planning: Assess the capacity of manufacturing systems, labor, and equipment to determine production capabilities and avoid over- or underutilization. Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities through process redesign, material handling, or automation. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve process efficiency
