Financial Controller

You are looking for a highly skilled Project Controller (Manager / Senior Manager) to join our team in Pune, MH. As the Project Controller, you will be responsible for managing Management Accounting, Finance & Controlling, and Direct & Indirect Taxation functions. We are seeking a finance leader with experience in project-based financial environments and strong analytical and reporting skills. Your key responsibilities will include leading Project Controlling, Costing & Accounting activities, managing Cost Center accounting, performing Cost Control Reviews, verifying accounting entries, monitoring asset acquisition and disposal activities, ensuring statutory compliance, meeting financial reporting deadlines, driving planning and forecasting processes, providing financial advice, managing year-end financial closing, finalizing Statutory Accounts, and offering key financial insights for strategic decisions. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in Project Finance, Accounting, and Taxation. Your educational background should include Inter CA / CWA / MBA (B.Com is mandatory). Additionally, you should have proven experience in finance/accounting for projects, strong working knowledge of SAP, exposure to IFRS reporting standards, in-depth knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation and FEMA compliance, strong team management and communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
