Role Overview

We are looking to build a team of corporate performance benchmark specialist. The benchmarks cover financial, commercial and operational metrics. We are trying to build an in-house DB for "private market" performance information. We are looking for individuals who are in business analysts role in management consulting, industry research or market research organizations. Your role will be to use LLM along with traditional data sources to contribute to the benchmark database.

Key Responsibilities

As a Performance Benchmark Specialist, you will develop us

• Grade Performance of AI Agents for Private Markets

  - Extract and validate financial, commercial, and operational metrics using AI agents and grade how they perform

• Agent Design

  - Contribute your Subject matter expertise to help build agents

Key Qualifications

We seek experienced business analysts with strong analytical capabilities and expertise in performance measurement and data management.

• Professional Experience

  - 3-5 years as a business analyst in management consulting, industry research, or market research organizations

• No Prior AI Experience required

• You need to be outstanding in assessing data sources and finding relevant data sources.
