Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of laser machines. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and performing on-site installations and repairs.

Qualifications

Skills in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Relevant certification or diploma in Engineering or related field
Experience with laser machinery or industrial equipment is a plus

Education Qualifications:: Diploma or BE (Mechanical,Electronic, Electrical )
