Experience: 0 to 1 YearLocation: Multiple Site Locations (India)Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical EngineeringIndustry: Telematics, Fleet Management, Fuel Management SystemsEmployment Type: Full-time, On-Site---Job Overview:Retrack Automations Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Junior Field Engineers who are eager to start their careers in the domains of telematics, fleet management, and fuel automation systems. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting hardware installation, field configuration, and on-site service coordination at various client project locations.---Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation and commissioning of telematics and fuel management systems on vehicles, fuel bowsers, and stationary tanks. Work closely with the technical team to perform sensor calibration, GPS and RFID configuration, and basic troubleshooting. Conduct site surveys and prepare installation and maintenance reports. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of field operations. Ensure timely and accurate field implementation as per company standards. Willingness to travel and work at a project/client locations across India.---Required Skills: Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, and vehicle systems. Understanding of GPS, RFID, and sensor-based systems (added advantage).Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and handle tools and field equipment.
