Field Sales Specialist

You will be joining Shiprocket, India's largest eCommerce enablement platform, as a Field Sales (FOS) representative for their Hyperlocal services - Shiprocket Quick. Based in New Delhi, this full-time on-site role will require you to actively seek out leads, engage with potential customers, and ultimately convert them into clients. Your daily responsibilities will encompass managing sales operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth customer journey. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining relationships with existing clients and achieving sales targets. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a proven track record in sales and lead generation. Strong sales operations capabilities are essential, as is the ability to work independently in New Delhi. Previous experience in the eCommerce or logistics industry would be advantageous.
