Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves actively visiting potential clients, generating leads, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Visit clients/customers for product demonstration and promotion. Generate new leads and follow up with prospective customers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide timely feedback and reporting to the sales manager. Participate in marketing campaigns and events. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and convincing ability Basic knowledge of sales strategies Ability to work independently in the field Self-motivated and target-driven Basic computer and mobile app knowledge (for reporting and CRM usage) Language fluency: Local language + Hindi/English
