Job description Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Pune ,Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 years preferred About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our products/services, conducting site visits, and driving conversions through direct interaction and relationship building. Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and lead follow-ups.Explain product features and benefits tailored to the customer’s needs.Conduct on-site assessments and gather customer requirements.Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project execution and after-sales support.Maintain records of sales activities, daily reports, and pipeline tracking.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements:Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [solar/FMCG/consumer products/etc.]. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.2-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1+ years of field sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
