🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage fiber installation and maintenance teams
• Plan, assign, and track daily field operations
• Monitor underground and aerial fiber routes and resolve faults quickly
• Train and mentor fiber technicians to improve efficiency
• Ensure timely execution of new connections and service tickets
• Coordinate with the technical and backend support teams

✅ Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in fiber broadband, networking, or field team leadership
• Strong understanding of fiber rollout, splicing, OTDR, and maintenance workflows
• Ability to manage shift rosters, manpower, and customer escalations
• Problem-solving mindset and leadership qualities
• Basic knowledge of GIS maps, CRM tools, and ticketing systems is a plus
