Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Design Intern to join our design team. As an intern, you will get hands-on experience in the complete fashion design process — from concept development to final production — while working closely with our lead designers and artisans.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and sketching new ethnic wear collections
• Conduct market and trend research for fabrics, colors, and styles
• Develop mood boards and inspiration decks for upcoming seasons
• Source fabrics and trims and coordinate with vendors
• Help in draping, pattern-making, and garment sampling
• Support in fittings, styling, and photoshoots
• Maintain design archives and assist in product documentation
• Coordinate with embroidery artisans and tailors for design execution

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design
• Strong interest in Indian ethnic wear and textile traditions
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW
• Strong sketching and visualization skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a love for storytelling through fashion
