Role Overview

As a Fashion Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients and discerning shoppers. Your role is pivotal in curating personalized fashion experiences, offering expert styling guidance, and fostering long-term client relationships that drive sales and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service with a deep understanding of luxury fashion and styling.
• Understand and embody the brand’s values, aesthetics, and product knowledge.
• Offer personalized wardrobe consultations and style recommendations.
• Maintain a strong client book, proactively following up with customers to nurture relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding brand standards.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising and marketing teams to ensure the boutique is always impeccably presented.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activity, and emerging luxury lifestyle insights.
• Support events, trunk shows, and exclusive previews to engage with VIP clientele.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably within the luxury or premium sector.
• Strong sense of personal style and understanding of current trends in fashion and luxury lifestyle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proven track record in clienteling and exceeding sales goals.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• Passion for fashion, design, and customer experience.
