Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for a Client Experience & Styling Executive – someone who combines the charm of a personal stylist, the efficiency of a customer success manager, and the instinct of a sales professional. If you love fashion, people, and making an impact – this is for you.

Your Day-to-Day

• Be the first point of contact for inbound client calls and walk-in queries
• Understand individual customer needs, preferences, and special requirements
• Offer personalized fashion and styling advice based on body type, event, and style goals
• Confidently explain Tailorworks services, fabric collections, and tailoring process
• Convert leads into bookings by building trust and offering expert guidance
• Manage follow-ups, repeat orders, and post-delivery communication
• Engage clients regularly with follow - up updates and reorder opportunities
• Coordinate with designer, production, and delivery teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain CRM entries and manage lead funnels effectively
• Resolve customer concerns around fit, timelines, or garment care with empathy

What You Bring to the Table

• 1 years or more of experience in fashion retail, customer relationship roles, or luxury sales
• Excellent communication in both Hindi & English – confident and persuasive tone
• A sense of style, fashion trends, and basic knowledge of fabrics and tailoring
• Strong interpersonal skills – especially with high-net-worth individuals
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized under pressure
• A natural people person with a passion for client satisfaction

Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous work with premium or luxury fashion brands
• Experience using CRM or client management software
• Background in fashion studies or personal styling
