Who We’re Looking For

• Professionals with a strong academic foundation or industry experience in hospitality.
• A flair for teaching and mentoring young minds.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Prior teaching/training experience in hospitality institutions is preferred (but not mandatory).

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Administration or related fields.
• For Business Communication: MA (English) or MBA in HR/Communication preferred.
• Management Subjects: MBA and background in hotels is preferred.
• UGC NET/PhD desirable (for Business Communication), but not compulsory for skill-based subjects.
