Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling & Relationship Support
Greet and assist members and visitors with professionalismAddress client service needs, meeting room bookings, and walk-in queriesEnsure daily member satisfaction through timely support and follow-upsFacility Supervision & Maintenance OversightConduct checks to ensure the workspace is clean, functional, and well-organizedSupervise housekeeping routines and ensure proper task executionMonitor and report maintenance issues for resolution via vendors or internal teamsInventory & DocumentationMaintain records of office supplies, housekeeping materials, and equipmentAssist in inventory tracking and procurement documentationOrganize checklists, logs, and day-to-day operational reportsOperational CoordinationLiaise with housekeeping staff, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operationsExecute internal SOPs and help enforce service standardsContribute to creating a seamless, welcoming coworking environment
