Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our facility, including all electrical work, restaurant upkeep, and kitchen equipment repair. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and safely, while maintaining a high standard of service and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all maintenance operations of the facility.
  • Carry out all electrical works, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and regular maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Perform routine and emergency plumbing work, such as repairing leaks, installing fixtures, maintaining drainage systems, and ensuring proper water supply and waste disposal.
  • Conduct restaurant maintenance and repair, including furniture, lighting, HVAC systems, and other infrastructure elements.
  • Handle kitchen equipment repairs, including maintenance of ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, grills, and other commercial kitchen appliances.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for all systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.).
  • Supervise and guide the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and inventory of supplies and tools.
  • Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and service disruption.
  • Collaborate with department heads to prioritize and address facility-related concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing works, and commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Skilled in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical, plumbing, or facility maintenance preferred.

Salary: 30k to 35k (Based On Interview)
