Job Description

Designation - Export Documentation Location - Delhi NCR Role & responsibilities o Issuance of Proforma Invoices and handle any amendments to Proforma Invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications. Update relevant information in SAP, including pricing, terms, and shipment details, to ensure proper tracking of export documentation. Creation of sales orders in SAP based on customer purchase orders and internal requirements, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and company policies. o Preparation of export invoices and packing lists that accurately reflect shipment details and comply with international regulations. Verification of shipping bills by ensuring that the details match the sales order, export invoice, and packing list. Confirm the shipping bill details to the Customs House Agent (CHA) and resolve any discrepancies promptly Review and verify the accuracy of Bill of Lading (BL) drafts, ensuring that all shipment details are correctly reflected before final confirmation. Issuance of Certificates of Origin in accordance with export requirements and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of certificates Preparation of insurance certificates for export shipments, ensuring that the coverage aligns with customer and company policies.
