Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leads. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings Preferred candidate profile Business sense and manufacturing industry expertise Work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of junior sales executives to achieve team sales targets Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
