Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with company specifications, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Prepare and maintain QC documentation such as COAs, test records, and inspection reports.
Investigate quality issues and non-conformities; support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor the production process to ensure consistency and quality.
Liaise with production, R&D, and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols in the QC lab.
Continuously identify areas for improvement in quality processes and contribute to process optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
