Role & responsibilities : Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify potential candidates. Job Posting : Create and post job advertisements on appropriate job boards and social media platforms. Screening : Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Management : Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Reference Checks : Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed. Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and delivery of job offers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Recruitment Metrics : Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies. Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide effective recruitment solutions. Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies. Desired candidate profile : Graduate/Masters or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of recruitment, best practices and sourcing techniques . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
