Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 25022 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI Title: Executive-L&D Description: Area(s) of responsibility Learning Partner for a Business Unit: Responsible to partner with a Business Unit to enable capability building for that business, which will include the following: Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with organizational goals. Training Needs Identification: Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization and create a capability development plan. Training implementation & Execution: § Enable execution of training programs in collaboration with internal Teams/External partners § Ensure completion/penetration of all L&D initiatives for the Business Unit Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.
