The role based in Ahmedabad, GJ, IN primarily focuses on Sales & Marketing within the lights category. As part of the responsibilities, you will be driving overall business and growth at the account level by meticulous planning, indexing, and driving conversions with key stakeholders. Your objective is to ensure top-notch service delivery to clients in order to establish WT as a preferred brand. Managing the network of key accounts and catering to their requirements in the lights category will be a crucial aspect of the role. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving engagement across mapped AID firms and BH stores. Collaboration with different teams is essential to steer the product level agenda and boost project conversions effectively. Market development is another key area where you will be expected to identify opportunities across various business segments through competition analysis, regular market visits, and providing feedback to the brand team for new product development. Customer centricity is a significant aspect of the role, requiring you to enhance consumer experience by ensuring timely resolution of complaints. Integration is crucial as well. You will be required to collaborate with other verticals such as the BH team, Decor pro team, APPS team, WT Central team, and Supply Chain team to promote sales and provide excellent service to customers.,
