Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
• Mediate conflicts and maintain workplace harmony.

HR Operations:

• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and payroll data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Handle employee documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and appraisals.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Assist in performance management and career development initiatives.

Policy Implementation:

• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees are well-informed about company policies.

HR Analytics:

• Generate HR reports (e.g., attrition rates, employee satisfaction surveys).
• Provide insights to support organizational decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

  MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum 3-5 years in an HR role in

  Hotel Industry

  preferred.

• Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
