Compensation and Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits administration, and creating or updating compensation packages. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. Employee Engagement: Implementing programs and initiatives to foster employee engagement and a positive work environment. HR Records and Reporting: Maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports.
