Executive Assistant to Director

Job Summary: As the Executive Assistant to the Director at EVIFY, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced leadership ecosystem. This is more than a support role—it’s a high-impact position requiring strategic thinking, strong execution, and cross-functional coordination. You'll act as the Director 's right hand, helping prioritize tasks, manage communication, and drive critical business initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support & Execution: Act as a strategic partner to the Director, offering insights, planning support, and execution of key projects. Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups on critical business matters. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and special projects as needed. Calendar, Communication & Coordination: Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure optimal time management. Organize internal and external communications, including emails, meetings, and follow-ups. Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to align activities and ensure clarity on key business priorities. Help in coordinating events, investor meetings, board presentations, and partner engagements. Crisis Management & Problem Solving: Step in during time-sensitive situations to manage firefighting and act as a stabilizer for the leadership team. Anticipate bottlenecks and provide proactive solutions to streamline operations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
