Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Mumbai, with some work from home flexibility. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting executives through administrative tasks such as managing calendars, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. Daily duties include administrative assistance, phone etiquette, and clerical responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
