Role & responsibilities


  • Vendor management.
  • House keeping management
  • Petty cash management.
  • Admin activities
  • Travel and hotel arrangements.
  • Tickets booking.
  • Regular department mail monitoring.
  • Coordination with store requirements regarding - ID cards, Visiting cards, Stamps, Housekeeping, stationery, and other materials.
  • Travel bookings, Hotel bookings, Food arrangements, etc.
  • Store Hygiene issues monitoring and coordinating with vendors.
  • Office maintenance and meetings coordination.
  • Voucher entries, payments, and approvals follow-up.
