EXECUTIVE - ACCOUNTS

Job description

• Verify and processing (making entries) expenses into the system. Like...Courier , Electricity, Telephone, Photocopy,Conveyance,Printing bills,Travel & Hotel bills etc. Verify and processing the income bills in to the system.
• Responsible for prepare Service tax credit report. Ledger scrutinity related works.
• Identification of the expense Head and JV entries for all expenses with all the mandatory details, Follow up to the PSCs in case of any expense clarification is required.
• Checking of Bills & Supporting for claims, Ensuring the authorization of the claims received from PSCs.
• To act as query solver of partner provided by customer care on behalf of accounts deparment
• Bank Reconciliation on daily basis of all the bank accounts & preparing cheques for payments above 25000
• Identify the nature of expense and amount in order to identify the respective approval authority according to the accounts process.
• Payment entry for all the manual brokerage payments.

• Send bills for authorization and responsible for collect that bills and submit for payment.
• Follow-up with Branches for Explanation & Supporting
• Printing of the Books for Auditors. Ensuring proper filing of Vouchers & Bills.
