Octaloop is a Web3-focused event company helping brands connect with the Indian crypto community. We host large-scale blockchain experiences across the country — including our flagship events: Metamorphosis and the India Blockchain Tour. We’re looking for a passionate Event Management Intern to join our Ahmedabad team. If you love organizing, communicating, and being at the center of high-energy Web3 events, this one’s for you! Responsibilities • Assist with end-to-end event planning and execution • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and partners • Support on-ground event operations and team training • Contribute to marketing and community outreach initiatives What We’re Looking For • Experience or interest in event planning/management • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude • Bonus: Prior experience in managing tech or blockchain events This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge events with leading names in Web3, while building your network and gaining hands-on experience in the industry.
