We are hiring for international voice process

Job role: Customer Advisor

Shift: US rotational shift

Salary: upto 6.5 lpa

Location: Koramangala

2 way cabs will be provided upto 20 km

Role & responsibilities:

Inbound Call Handling
Receive and respond to customer calls regarding products, services, or orders.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or escalation updates.
Issue Resolution
Troubleshoot problems or concerns related to products/services.
Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
Escalate complex issues to senior teams when needed.
Customer Interaction Management
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone at all times.
Build rapport with customers to understand and address their needs effectively.
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems or call logs.
Product/Service Knowledge
Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Communicate features, benefits, and updates clearly to customers.
Performance Metrics
Achieve targets like Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), etc.
Actively seek feedback and apply coaching recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 1 yr of experience in international voice process

UG/ Graduates are fine

Excellent at communication
