Job Title:- ERP

ERP System User Support and Training: -

Resolving functional and technical issues for ERP users.
Administering ERP user rights, access, and patch updates.
BOM creation & updating in ERP, Part code creation.
ERP operations management and regular system maintenance.
Conducting ERP training for end-users across departments.
Creating and managing ERP master data.
Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of ERP data.
Material Gate Entry App Administration.
Accuracy of Material Entry Records.
System Uptime & Availability.
User Issue Resolution Time.
Audit Trail Completeness.
Barcode System implementation.
Monitor Barcode system performance.
Resolving issues day to day basis.

IT Infrastructure :

Hardware & Networking maintenance
Perform monthly preventive hardware & networking maintenance
Zero instances of hardware downtime due to missed maintenance.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution Average resolution time
CCTV Monitoring & resolving CCTV related issues
Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues, Printer issues, CCTV
