Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. The role is on-site and located in Gopalganj. The EHS Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting accident investigations, and training employees on safety protocols. Daily tasks will include identifying potential hazards, developing safety policies, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Qualifications

Health & Safety and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) skills
Occupational Health knowledge
Experience in accident investigation
Ability to conduct effective training sessions
Strong communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus
Experience with EHS management systems and software
