Environment, Health and Safety Manager

We are looking for a Manager - EHS for our client place based at Sonipat Haryana for an Agrochemical Industry. The ideal will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining safety standards across operations. This individual will conduct regular safety audits, oversee risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide safety training to all employees, ensuring a safe working environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Oversee risk assessments and hazard analyses.
• Provide safety training and education programs to employees.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety.

Others Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a safety role within the agrochemical or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Experience conducting safety audits and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
