Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identifying target accounts (customers) in the respective sales territory, mapping the client organization for buyers, influencers, decision makers, technical staff etc. Generate enquiry by customer visits Follow-up with customer and securing the enquiry Submitting the offer, techno-commercial clarification & negotiation with customers & collecting the order. Preparation of OFN, securing necessary approvals from Regional Manager/National Sales Head/ GM as required Customer relations management. Meeting INOVANCE business target assigned to the Area Attends Sales Review meetings and payment collection on regular basis. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or diploma qualification with sales experience in the manufacturing and automation industry. Excellent communication skills Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of complex information and requirements from customer Presentation Skills. Must have strong computer knowledge (word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel etc.) Good Negotiation skills Good business relationship with clients
