As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining systems efficiently. This includes installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications. You will configure and manage desktops, laptops, and peripherals in various environments, ensuring smooth operations. In terms of Hardware & Software Management, you will implement, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware devices and drivers. It will be your responsibility to replace faulty components like motherboards, RAM, and HDDs. Additionally, you will install and troubleshoot client applications and antivirus software to address malware and virus-related issues effectively. Your role will also involve providing user support and troubleshooting. This includes offering L1 and remote support using tools like VNC, AnyDesk, and TeamViewer. You will install and configure email clients like Outlook and resolve mail-related issues. Addressing general networking problems and escalating when necessary will be part of your daily tasks. Customization and Standards Compliance are key aspects of your responsibilities. You will customize desktop hardware to meet user requirements and adhere to site standards effectively. Moreover, you will be leading a team, managing their attendance records, monitoring their conduct, and ensuring adherence to client site protocols. Your performance will be evaluated based on various Key Result Areas (KRA). These include Technical Support Efficiency, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, System Uptime to guarantee smooth system operations, User Satisfaction by delivering prompt solutions, and Knowledge Sharing by documenting troubleshooting procedures and best practices for the team's benefit.,
