Objective of the Role:

Engineer-Estimation will be part of our Business Development team . He will be responsible for managing the entire tender process in civil construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) . Right from , from identifying opportunities to submitting compliant and competitive bids. This role involves close coordination with various teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate cost estimations and timely, successful tender submissions. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Tender Identification and Evaluation:

• Researching and identifying potential tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents, and evaluating the company's ability to meet the requirements. 

• Cost Estimation and Quotation Management:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and rate analyses, obtaining and comparing vendor/subcontractor quotations, and ensuring accurate pricing. 

• Tender Preparation and Submission:

• Drafting and submitting technical and commercial bids, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company standards, and maintaining records of all tender-related documents. 

• Vendor and Client Coordination:

• Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for quotations and technical inputs, and responding to client inquiries and clarifications. 

• Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensuring timely submission of tenders, maintaining records, and reviewing legal and technical terms to ensure compliance with tender requirements. 

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering

5 Years of experience in Costing and Estimation

Salary: 50,000 Per Month

Location: Noida/Bhubaneshwar
