Job Description

Position Title:

Supervise and guide a team of electricians involved in CNC machine electrical assembly and troubleshooting.
Ensure timely execution and quality adherence during electrical installations of CNC machines.
Handle and maintain documentation related to electrical assemblies, including BOMs, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis of recurring electrical faults.

Key Requirements:

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting CNC machines, understanding ladder logic, and electrical wiring (Siemens / Fanuc controllers).
Sound knowledge of electrical components such as:

Drives & Motors:
VFDs, Servo Drives, DC Drives, Servo Motors, Induction Motors, DC Motors
Components:
Switchgear, Limit Switches, Sensors, Transformers

Proficiency in interpreting and creating electrical documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, and electrical manuals.

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge of
AutoCAD
,
EPlan
, or similar electrical drafting software.
Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in electrical assembly for CNC and industrial automation systems.
