Position Title: Engineer CNC Electrical Assembly Department: Electrical Engineering / CNC Division Experience: 2–6 Years Location: Hapur, Meerut Job Description: Supervise and guide a team of electricians involved in CNC machine electrical assembly and troubleshooting. Ensure timely execution and quality adherence during electrical installations of CNC machines. Handle and maintain documentation related to electrical assemblies, including BOMs, wiring diagrams, and user manuals. Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis of recurring electrical faults. Key Requirements: Hands-on experience in troubleshooting CNC machines, understanding ladder logic, and electrical wiring (Siemens / Fanuc controllers). Sound knowledge of electrical components such as: Drives & Motors: VFDs, Servo Drives, DC Drives, Servo Motors, Induction Motors, DC Motors Components: Switchgear, Limit Switches, Sensors, Transformers Proficiency in interpreting and creating electrical documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, and electrical manuals. Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of AutoCAD , EPlan , or similar electrical drafting software. Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in electrical assembly for CNC and industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities: Good knowledge of Panel Assembly with hands on experience Lead a team of 10 to 15 members and effectively train new members Organize and manage Assembly workflows and resources Be able to adapt and follow SOPs related to machine assembly Plan and implement assembly schedules effectively. Resolve issues and delays in production and ensure timely adherence to plan. Creating product documentation and records. Inspecting electrical components during and after the product installation. QC checks as per quality tolerance standards and prepare reports Prepare production reports for MIS Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. Kaizens and improvements. Effective communication with suppliers Collaborate with other vendors engineers, contractors and suppliers. Work closely with receiving stores, inward inspection, QC & QA WIP & Inventory Control Conduct internal audits to assure compliance to organizational, departmental, regulatory & customer policies. Required Skills: Capable to read and assemble an electrical manual independently Hands on experience in installation of control panels (LV) Previous experience as a manufacturing/assembly engineer or similar role. Knowledge of fitting of lugs and wire tagging Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques. Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations. Well-versed in relevant software (e.g. CAD, MS Office). Project management skills. Problem-solving ability. Teamwork skills. Diploma / Degree in Engineering. Using industry-specific tools to analyse and test electronic part like PLC.

Functional Core: 01 Execute Panel and machine Integration using approved P&ID, EPLAN including BOM and EP-Schematic 02 Deliver panel and equipment in time according project timeline in coordination with Assembly and PPC 03 Make equipment ready for ITR and handover to QA for function tests. 04 Support execution in equipment functions tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, ITR, machine settings and function) 05 Execution of control panel ITR before FAT in order to report panel ITR on yellow pages. 06 ERP system clearance for completed machine (SAP Confirmation) 07 Change Request for drawing/ layout corrections to Hardware team. 08 Execution of FAT points/ scope changes through change control process 09 Execution and support in statutory stock checking process 10 Managing material flow from stores to Assembly 11 Ensuring material availability in co-ordination with PPC and procurement 12 Support lead for internal and external audits, kaizens activities, 6S 13 Handover third party documentation and certification to Documentation team 14 Co-ordinate with Assembly and Dispatch team for machine dispatch Internal process 01 Adherence to business rules and regulations, ACGE guidelines, (ISO, Rules/ regulations etc for common) People development 01 Training on Company Standards & Global Standards, IS, IEC, CE & UL through SOPs, work instructions etc. 02 Train on new tools & technology A. About The Role : Production Planning Formulate the week-wise and cell/line-wise plan for production aligned with the overall plant production plan to enable 100% delivery as per marketing requirement Estimate requirement of raw materials, machines/tools, consumables viz-a-viz the week-wise production plan.Prepare a budget for the same and send for approval Attend review meetings conducted by the Plant Production Head to provide an overview of the section operations, highlight deviations and help plan for corrective action Convene daily production review meetings with the Cell Incharge, Production Supervisors and Maintenance team to set daily production targets, inhouse rejection (IHR) targets viz-a-viz the overall plant plan and maintenance schedules Review the actual section production for the previous day. Compare against target to identify deviations. Analyze reasons for the deviation. Plan next steps to enable recovery of losses in the current day, as well as prevent re-occurrence of similar losses 2. Production execution Create a work plan for the section production activities for the day basis the production requirement (target +previous losses (if any)) including o Outlining responsibilities of all team members o Production loading by machine o Multi-machining Oversee the production process end-to-end including all section operation routines with the objective of achieving the production target Understand process bottlenecks on receipt of plan from PPC. Ideate to address the bottlenecks through machineshifting, outsourcing etc. Maximize plant productivity by o Pre-planning for timely material procurement o Availability of resources- manpower, consumables, machines o Review of staffing roster created by direct reports o Optimizing machine utilization o Review of operator productivity o Ensuring close monitoring and controlling of production bottleneck areas Supervise work of junior staff and provide guidance/support to them as and when required Resolve various issues impacting production capacity of plant; Escalate to Plant Production Head for critical issues 3. Cost optimization Monitor consumables consumption in-line with the proposed budget. Analyze reasons for the deviation and take corrective Monitor rejection quantity and associated cost. Study and analyze previous day rejections to identify processes getting rejected and its subsequent causes and effects. Submit suggestions to minimize IHR to the Plant Head 4. Continuous improvement initiatives Drive the implementation of Kaizen and initiatives such as OEE, SAP vs Physical Inventory tally; suggested by ME ensuring plant is operated in compliance with best engineering practices Participate in the review of plant operating procedures by provide inputs to modify the same to improve quality and performance of system 5. HSSE compliance Ensure timely reporting and investigation for any HSSE related incident; Ensure effective and timely implementation of formulated action plan to prevent its reoccurrence Conduct timely trainings and talks for all production personnel and contract workforce on all HSSE, legal, environmental and fire compliances and management Facilitate internal / external audits and ensure compliance of all production processes to applicable environmental,health and safety policies, laws and regulations 6. Team development Impart required technical skills to the team by facilitating knowledge transfer sessions Create the right atmosphere for the team by providing continuous feedback, support and guidance basis their performance, KRAs and KPIs
