Develop and validate CMM programs using Zeiss Machine and Calypso Software Perform first article inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections using CMM and other precision measurement tools. Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Create inspection plans and reports in accordance with customer and industry standards Support quality and production teams by troubleshooting measurement issues and identifying root causes of non-conformance. Maintain and calibrate CMMs and other metrology equipment. Assist in process capability studies and statistical process control (SPC) initiatives. Document and maintain CMM procedures and best practices. Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineering teams to optimize part inspection methods.
