Job Description Cashier Summary of Responsibilities: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Answer customer questions regarding products, promotions, or services. Address and resolve basic customer concerns or escalate as necessary. Cash Management Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts. Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed securely and accurately. Store Operations Support Assist with restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Maintain cleanliness and order in the cashier station and front-of-house area. Monitor and report low stock or damaged items to supervisors. Compliance & Policy Adherence Follow company policies regarding transactions, pricing, and security. Adhere to hygiene, safety, and loss prevention standards. Reporting & Record Keeping Accurately record daily transactions and submit reports if required. Assist in preparing reports for audits or end-of-day reconciliation.
